Jiangsu Wujiang Household Motor
Factory is located on the shore of Taihu Lake, it is next to water
and mountain, a land flowing with milk and honey. It covers an
area of 8000 square meters, construction area is 4500 square meters,
and it has a fixed asset of 5,200,000 Yuan.
The factory was originally founded
in the year 1986, specialized in producing all kinds of asynchronous
motor for household equipments. At present, it holds four production
lines, has an output of 500,000 sets, and has become key enterprise
of motor in the city through many years development.
Now, it has 235 staff, including
15 technicians, more than 30 quality management and inspection
persons, all of the staff have received fine training, and they
have competent ability after many years’ production practice.
What is more, our factory has advanced micro integrative inspection
apparatus and other testing measures.
Our main products are YFD series
air-conditioner fan motor, YPY series kitchen ventilator motor,
XD series washing machine motor, juice machine motor and medical
lifter motor. Our registered trademark is “Jiajia”, registered
number is 836471. The main working procedures of production are:
punch slice of ingot and rotor, casting aluminum, winding, embedding,
enswathement, baking finish, twice connection, rotor processing,
assembly and leaving factory inspection. We have fine equipments,
complete crafts and inspection measures, two sets of motor spindle
computer testing apparatuses and one full-performance computer
automatic testing line. Complete and precise inspection guarantees
the products quality achieve safe, reliable and reasonable life
period.
Different kinds of asynchronous
motors with small power made by our factory gained safety authentication
certificate given by China Commission of Certified Electrical
Products in 1993, and received 3C and UL authentications in 2002
and passed ISO9002 quality system authentication in 1998. Our
factory cooperates with Motor Department of Zhejiang University
chronically, keeps the domestic advanced level on designing technique,
and has obtained the outstanding products title in Suzhou many
times, in 2000 our motors were exported to S. Korea and U.S.A.
in succession, and it is improving quality management system continuously
to guarantee stable production and to satisfy customers and accord
with related requirements at home. Our factory switched according
to GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO 9001：2000 quality system standard in
October 2002 to make quality management system better.
